Tullierie

One of my favorite stores in the world, Tullierie in Naples, Italy.  The owner , Tullia, is a very chic and elegant lady who has the most exquisite taste.  Her daughter-in-law Kamila Kertiova has been her prodege for the last 10 years adding her own impeccable taste.  Tullierie  began as a fabrics store and slowly evolved into one of the most beautiful antique and contempory design stores in the world.  Tullia is in high demand as an iterior decorator and has her own store in the heart of Naples.

The genius' headquarters. A fabric-lover's paradise!

I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so.......

I don't know why we got this out last night, but here is Aibo the Japanese robot dog, how cute is he? My guy bought it years ago for his kid. Super cool robot that takes pictures and fetches a ball.

Amazing young shoe designer. London based Zoe Lee adds a very personal touch to classic lines.

Antique market Milan

This is the famous Naviglio Grande in Milan.  It is the largest canal in Milan, about 50 km long and was constructed in the 12th Century.  There's usually water in it. It's known for it's many antique stores, restaurants, pubs, vintage clothing shops and art galleries. The last Sunday of each month it hosts an antiques market full of vendors from all over Italy.  My guest blog collaborator, Zoe Lee, the shoe designer of the same name who was in town to show her new collection for Fashion Week, decided to take her mother ( my new BFF) to see the sites and here are some of the pics she did for me.

Zoe's mother who is of Japanese origin but is based in Hong Kong felt a connection with this amazing brooch and decided that she couldn't live without it.  I know she'll wear it well.
